This program is designed to help you find the root cause of your weight loss plateau and shift your mindset to embrace healing on a holistic level.
Loving My Temple specializes in whole food nutrition and clean ingredients while embracing the Black cultural beauty standards to help you focus on healing the causes of weight gain and weight stagnation and less on unrealistic beauty standards.
